Stuart
Rosenbaum
Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board & CEO |

In
1992, Mr. Rosenbaum combined his 18 years of sales and marketing
expertise with 3 years of credit and financial management
to co-found MerchantSystems.com. He held the position of
VP of Sales until 1994 when he assumed the role of the Chairman
and CEO. Mr. Rosenbaum has successfully expanded the company
from a start-up operation using only $1,000 start-up capital
to a firm employing over 50 employees. His business development
and strategic alliance strategies have produced $15,600,000
in sales in 1999, earning it a spot in the transaction processing
industry’s top tier of new account acquiring independent
sales organizations. In 1999, Mr. Rosenbaum co-founded WCN/FreeSiteNow
on behalf of MerchantSystems.com. Mr. Rosenbaum also co-founded
IntelliPAY in 1995 and he served as its Chairman of the Board
until it was recently acquired in a stock for stock transaction.
From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Rosenbaum owned and operated Dealer
Accessory Service/Auto Electronics Group, which he also founded.
In addition, he sat on the Board of Directors of the American
Home Business Association. Mr. Rosenbaum studied economics,
mathematics and history at Temple University and Stockton
State University. |

Matt
Nern
President

Matt Nern joined the USMS
team in October 2006, as SVP, Sales and Marketing. Matt
Nern brings with him over 13 years of sales, management,
training and consulting experience. Matt most recently
spent the past few years as VP of Sales overseeing CrossCheck
Inc’s. Los Angeles Operations. Mr. Nern’s
enthusiasm for success is infectious. He has authored
numerous business plans and thoroughly enjoys helping others
make money. Mr. Nern studied Economics at Sonoma
State University and is sales certified in a number of
areas. In his spare time, he enjoys climbing mountains
and spending time with his family.

Ted Lasch
Senior Vice President of Sales |
Ted Lasch joined the USMS
team in March of 2007, as Vice President, Sales/Business
Development. Lasch brings with him over 13 years of sales,
management, and recruiting experience. Ted most recently
spent the past two years at Alpha Card Services as National
Sales Manager. Before that he was VP of Business Development
for CrossCheck, Inc., and also held an Assistant VP position
at Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Lasch’s primary responsibilities
for USMS are recruiting new Agents and managing Agent sales.
Ted studied Business Management at Sonoma State University
where he also excelled on the football field. In his spare
time, he enjoys travel, music and is an avid sports enthusiast.

Jeffrey W. Gardiner
CFO |
Mr. Gardiner joined U.S. Merchant
Systems as Chief Financial Officer in 2000. Mr. Gardiner
was the CEO and a Director of Burlingame Bank & Trust
where he led the bank through its critical start-up
period resulting in growth and profitability far above
the industry norm. Mr. Gardiner also served as Managing
Director of Capitol Bay Securities where he supervised
investment banking, including underwriting and financial
analysis. His duties at U.S. Merchant Systems include
Finance, Accounting and HR. Mr. Gardiner has
a B.S. from the University of California and a MBA
from the University of Santa Clara.

Richard L. Fenn II
CIO |
Mr. Fenn joined U.S. Merchant
Systems in 1992. His principal responsibilities include
technology integration as well as oversight of all Management
Information Systems. He and his team are responsible for
the IT, ERP, CRM implementation and development. Mr.
Fenn has a B.S. in Biochemistry from Pacific Union College
and attended law school at Peninsula University.

John "JJ" Kieley
Executive Vice President, Chief Technical and Legal Officer |

JJ came on board as Executive Vice President, Chief Technical
and Legal Officer in July 2007. Before joining the
USMS team, he spent the last 14 years working for an
industry leading payment processing company where he
held numerous executive management positions including,
Vice President of Information Services, Collections,
Legal Affairs, Risk Management and two separate Sales
channels. His goals for USMS are to work with the team
to drive the implementation of industry best operations
and service practices. JJ holds a BA in Political
Science (Pre-Law) from Sonoma State University and
a Paralegal degree and certificate from Sonoma State.
In his spare time he enjoys running, playing soccer and golf, computers and spending
time with his wife and two children. |
